The Museum of Art and Culture of Marrakech is a private museum. It opened its doors on February 26, 2016, at the initiative of a gallery owner and passionate collector, Nabil El Mallouki.
This museum, designed in a refined design by the architect Amine Tounsi, is dedicated to the permanent enhancement of the artworks presented, chosen for their originality.
The MACMA proposes to the visitor admirable permanent collections of Moroccan art objects, exhibitions of photographs and exclusive thematic paintings, and a selection of quality cultural events (presentation of books, conferences, artistic encounters …).
The Museum also makes available to art lovers a bookshop space where one can acquire catalogs and reference books in the field of artistic creation.
The MACMA is a living museum, whose heritage is constantly enriched by finds, acquisitions of rare pieces of ancient craftsmanship, original works by renowned painters.
Paintings, photos, furniture, jewelery, ceramics and pottery are now enjoying a setting that reflects the pleasure of discovering and sharing our enthusiasm for artistic creation in Morocco.
